WELCOME BACK – Lana and Stanley McRae were happy to have DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in their home for another remodeling project. This time, it was their master bathroom that received a much-needed update.
Lana McRae admits that she's a stickler. That's why her remodeler of choice, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, has been a great fit for multiple remodeling projects in her home.
"They are perfectionists, just like me," she laughs. "They want the job to be done right, and I appreciate that."
The McRaes recently hired DreamMaker to update their master bathroom. Lana was happy to start with a clean slate, and says that she and husband Stanley are very pleased, as always, with DreamMaker's good work… and good work ethic!
Lana says, "The crew was very tidy and polite – we barely noticed they were there. They were able to enter and exit through a door in our bedroom, so the process didn't really mess up our routine at all. And they always welcomed us into their workspace with our questions and curiosities."
DreamMaker started the McRae's remodel by gutting the entire bathroom. Old carpet, marble countertops, a whirlpool, popcorn ceiling and soffits were just a few of the outdated features that had to go.
The project took five weeks to complete, and the new bathroom boasts of ceramic tile flooring, beautiful granite countertops, a frameless glass shower, and a jetted tub. The McRaes say that they are "thoroughly enjoying" the results and they're glad they chose DreamMaker again.
Some of Lana's favorite details include the new pocket door that saves space and the custom built cabinet which extends from the countertop and provides a place for curling irons to cool out-of-sight.
In closing, Lana commends the company's extra efforts to keep communication open.
"They provided a little notebook, where the general contractor and I could communicate easily. I dropped in at different times to see what they were up to, and I would write down a question and find an answer the next day."
